Rooftop Garden in River West
Every square inch of real estate counts in the city and there is no better way to maximize the value of your property than develop a rooftop garden. These projects face special challenges of logistics, engineering and growing environments. This project features river birches, juniper varieties, grasses and other perennials tolerant of rooftop conditions. This project began in the spring of 07 and was completed by mid summer of 08 in collaboration with Brueder Construction and Chicago Building Design architects.
